Counselling Connect provides all ages free access to a same day or a next-day phone or video counselling session. For residents of Ottawa and the surrounding area.
You can ask for a counsellor from the African, Caribbean and Black communities, from the LGBT2QI communitiies, or from the Indigenous communities.
Counselling available in English, French and Arabic.
