Details:  The area includes the old Canadian Tire store area as well as the Boston Pizza building. The zoning by-law amendment is to increase maximum permitted height from 9 storeys to 40 storeys. The Site Plan is to redevelop the land with 6 buildings (retail, seniors’ residence, rental, condo, total of about 1715 dwelling units), ranging in height from 9 to 40 storeys. The site will include a cental public park, a corner public plaza and a new public street.
