Details: City Councillor Brockington held an info session on February 23, 2026, for this project.  A zoning amendment has been submitted to permit a high-rise, mixed-use development consisting of a 28-storey tower fronting Carling with an 8-storey tower to the rear and a 2-storey podium, for a total of 323 residential units, as well as 223 underground parking spaces and 323 bicycle parking spaces.
