Vicount Avenue Integrated Renewal Project

Details: This is an integrated road, water and sewer rehabilitation project. The aging watermain and sanitary sewers require replacement due to age (they date from 1945).  Full road reconstruction will include curbs, sidewalks, water and sewer services to the property line. Currently, the project is in the initial planning phase; in 2023 a consultant will be hired and the design process will begin.

Design completed scheduled for 2025 with construction to start in 2025, pending budget approval. City Councillor Riley Brockington will hold public information sessions for all three projects.
