Merivale Road Integrated Renewal Project

Details:  This is an integrated road, water and sewer rehabilitation project. The aging watermain and sanitary sewers require replacing due to age (they date from 1945).  Full road reconstruction will include curbs, sidewalks, water and sewer service to the property line.  Currently, the project is in the initial planning phase; City staff have indicated that this project will have a longer design period due to the complexity of the street and local network. Current esimates put construction to start in 2027-2028, pending budget approval.
