Details: A six-storey residential care facility is being proposed for the house now sits. The new building will contain 70 units, including 36 barrier-free units, as well as program/ multi-purpose rooms for residents. Facility management space to be utilized by the Shepherds of Good Hope will be located in the basement and ground floor.
