Details:  The City of Ottawa has received a Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Control application to permit the development of a 4-storey, low-rise apartment building containing 31 residential apartment units and 12 parking spaces on the western portion of the 1435 Morisset Avenue.  City Councillor Riley Brockington hosted a public information session on September 23, 2021. A Planning Committee hearing has been set for June 9, 2022.
