Details: The plan is to build 3 low-rise apartent building on the north side of the Hospital: 3-, 4- and 5-storeys. Most units will be bachelors with some family-sized units.
There will be a daycare for children of both residents and staff.
Staffing, programming and resident plans are in development. Construction is anticipated to be 3 years.
Partnering with the Matthew Perry Foundation are the Royal, Salus Ottawa, Ottawa Community Housing, Rideauwood and CAPSA.
