Ottawa Public Health has opened several Neighbourhood Vaccination Hubs, and one of them is in Carlington, at the Bellevue Community Centre at 1475 Caldwell Avenue.
Open on Thursdays and Fridays, from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. Staffed by Public Health Nurses who can answer your questions about COVID, about the vaccines, or about anything public health-related. You can also drop in to get your first or second dose of the vaccine. No appointments necessary!
General Vaccine Information:
There are many appointments available at community clinics for anyone who still needs a vaccine. Visit the provincial booking system to find a convenient time and date, or drop-in at any clinic without making an appointment. You can also book an appointment with your local pharmacy.
In addition, workplaces, community organizations, places of worship and other groups can request a mobile vaccination team to administer first and second doses of the COVID-19 vaccine on-site, at their own location.
If you are booked for a vaccination in the Fall, you are encouraged to move your appointment up to take advantage of the many appointments that are available.
