The City of Ottawa and Ottawa Public Health want to support residents and businesses as best they can while our community is slowly opening up during COVID-19. To do so, they are using surveys and gathering ideas.

Phase 3 Survey

Click here for the Phase 3 Survey. The focus of the Phase 3 Survey is on current issues and priorities of Ottawa residents, such as the mandatory mask by-law and other safety measures, social circles and gathering limits, and opening higher risk sectors (i.e. gyms, bars, schools).

Other Ways to Share Ideas and Comments:

The Engage Ottawa site also has other ways for us to let them know what we think during the COVID-19 pandemic:

  1. Share Your Ideas: What creative solutions have you seen in local businesses to ensure the safety of their staff and customers during the pandemic?
  2. What’s on Your Mind This Week? A place where you can comment on the weekly question.
  3. Share Some Good News: Do you know a neighbour or community partner who has gone above and beyond to support others during COVID-19? Talk about it here.

Accessible Versions of the Survey:

Public Health Ottawa would like to promote this throughout the community. To request paper copies of this survey, including a return envelope with prepaid postage, please fill out this form.
