The City’s Planning Committee is tentatively scheduled to consider the Zoning By-law Amendment application for the proposed development at 966 Fisher Avenue on Thursday, December 12, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. in the Champlain Room at Ottawa City Hall.

The proposed development includes two 3-storey buildings with 38 total units and ground floor parking. The height of the building has been lowered to 9.37 meters. A total of 26 vehicular parking spots as well 40 bicycle parking spots will be added.
