Guest Speaker Lesley Collins on the City of Ottawa's Heritage Designation and Planning.

1. Opening Remarks and Approval of the Agenda.
2. Natalie Brule who is doing an MA at Carleton will make a 5-minute presentation on her research project.
3. Report on the progress to produce a Special Edition "Community Newsletter" to promote the community Association throughout Carlington.
4. City Grants to help celebrate and promote civic holidays. Should our association apply for this funding and if so, for which civic holiday?
5. Communications report. Michael Kostiuk will be interviewed by CKCU about our use of videos on Youtube to promote our community to discuss planning issues.
6. Report on the Faith and Gangs event held at Rhema in Carlington on February 9.
7. Report on our participation with the Alexander Winter Carnival on January 30. Video report has been posted on Youtube and http://www.carlingtonenews.com
8. Brief report on Canadian election observation mission in Ukraine. And a comment on the design of their traffic circles, which are "pedestrian friendly".
9. Sparks Street Streetcar project announcement.
10. Neighbourhood Watch report.
11. Cave Creek Project. This is a major replacement of a sewer line along Carling Avenue between Kirkwood and Merivale road.
