Justice Michael H. Tulloch is reviewing Ontario’s laws on police street checks, a practice sometimes referred to as "carding". By January 2019, Justice Tulloch will be making recommendations to the government about those laws and their implementation. To inform those recommendations, Justice Tulloch and his team would like to hear from as many individuals and organizations as possible.
