The new phone system for residents to use to report crime has had some complaints that it is not as user friendly as it could be. Constable Neilly wants to remind residents to not get discouraged and to still report crime. If you have any complaints about the phone system please report them so the system can be improved. You can contact Constable Neilly directly at NeillyD@ottawapolice.ca and she will be able to look into specific situations for you. You can also contact the Customer Service with these complaints.
