Put a team together and join your neighbours in a fun (but inevitably serious!) shinny tournament. Tournament runs on Saturday January 30th at Alexander Communtiy Centre. Puck drops at 1pm with our guests Riley Brockington and Yasir Naqvi!

Hot chocolate will be available as well as activities on the side rink for the kiddos. Plus lots of great hockey to watch!

Team can register here. $10 per team of four.

Learn more about the initiatives taking place in our neighbourhood, opportunities for residents to contribute, and the challenges Carlington faces as we grow and develop further. We're looking forward to a fun and informative session on creating a resilient and innovative community!

As always, River Ward Councillor Riley Brockington will be available to provide an update and take questions, and there will be an opportunity to learn more about volunteer opportunities with the CCA. Lots to be part of!

Announcing Registration for the Planning Primer I Session

The Planning and Growth Management Department offers the Planning Primer Program to help residents become more aware of, and more involved in, the land-use planning process.  The program is a series of half-day courses.

January 23 or 25, 2016.

8:30 a.m. to noon

 

You can register for the course online until January 20, 2016. Seating is limited to 45 residents per session.
