Zoning By-law Review: Minimum Parking Requirements

November 22nd, 2015 Comments off

Carlington would be part of the inner urban area "X" where residential properties up to 12 units and non-residential uses up to 200 square meters (2200 square feet) on the ground floor require no parking spaces. Along Carling And Merivale (area "Y") all low rise residential units, non residential use up to 500 square meters and retail food stores up to 1000 square meters would be exempt.

For more information download the Discussion Paper and watch the Minimum Parking Review Video

Deadline for comments is December 18th.
