The CCA recently learned that the application for a Zoning By-Law Amendment for the property at 1110 Fisher has been re-activated.
The basic description of the application is as follows: To permit a 9 unit planned unit development. Special exceptions will be required for the development. Max height of 14m.
Note that this application differs from the one previously submitted and rejected in 2013.
